Until You Disciple (UYD) Youth Movement:
Strategy Guide for State-wide Mobilization
Vision Summary:
UYD (Until You Disciple) is not just a program. It is a discipleship movement birthed by God’s burden to reach, equip, and raise the 13.80 lakh Christian youths of Tamil Nadu into witnesses and disciple-makers.
This happens through the Reach 60 & Raise 3 Gospel and Discipleship Framework – where each youth is challenged to share the gospel with 60 people and disciple 3 others in a year.
Section 1: State-Level Team Structure
How big a team do we need to reach all of Tamil Nadu?
To reach 13.80 lakh youths in 5 years:
• Each committed full-time or part-time volunteer can impact 300–500 youth per year.
• To reach 100% in 5 years: → ~2.5–3 lakh youths per year → At least 700–1,000 trained regional leaders needed per year.
Ideal Full State-wide Team Size:
• State Core Leadership Team: 15–25
• District Coordinators (25 Districts): 50
• District Trainers: 125 (approx. 5 per district)
• Church Youth Liaisons / Mobilizers: 2,500 (approx. 100 per district)
• Volunteer Trainers & Assistants: 5,000+ (and growing)
Section 2: Who Can Be Part of This?
1. Church Senior Leaders & Pastors
• Give spiritual support and permission
2. Youth Pastors and Youth Leaders
• Engage and disciple internal church youth

• Use social media to find people already working with youth
• Connect via Bible colleges, para-church ministries, fellowships
How to Approach?
1. Personal call or meet-up
2. Share a 1-page vision sheet or short intro video
3. Respect their calling and offer this as a divine collaboration
4. Explain Holy Cycle & Reach 60/Raise 3 as “tools to bless” their work
Section 4: How to Explain the Movement Clearly
What to Say:
• “This is not another event or ministry name. It is our assignment from God to revive, disciple, and mobilize every Christian youth in Tamil Nadu.”
• “Holy Cycle and Reach 60 / Raise 3 are practical ways to live for the mission of Christ.”
• “You don’t need to stop your ministry. You can use this in your church or youth network.”
Section 5: Why Should They Join?
If They Join:
• Become part of a state-wide Kingdom collaboration
• Receive structured training systems
• Access curriculum, visuals, and tools to disciple youth
• Bring depth and multiplication to their own ministry
• Help raise generational disciple-makers
Section 6: How to Talk to Those Already in Ministry:
“We’re not asking you to stop what God already gave you. We want to add strength to it.”
Say This:
• “You can integrate this content within your youth.”
• “You can raise trainers from your church.”
