Calling Leaders, Mentors, and Church Builders Across Tamil Nadu

UYD (Until You Disciple) is expanding its statewide discipleship movement, and we are looking for committed, Spirit-led individuals who carry a burden for Christian youth and a desire to see lives transformed through the Gospel.

We believe transformation happens through the Church, and that every local church leader, mentor, and spiritual elder has a vital role to play in shaping the next generation. Together, we can fulfill the vision:

“To disciple and mobilize Christian youth within the Church to reach unreached youth outside the Church.”

Who We Are Looking For

We invite passionate and purpose-driven individuals across all districts of Tamil Nadu to serve in the following roles within the UYD movement:

Initial Collaboration Meeting

  • UYD Team meets with pastor(s) to explain the full campaign vision, phases, and outcomes.
  • Share a customized plan for their church youth based on church needs.
  • Pastor signs a Core Team Commitment Form showing support, not control shift.

District Coordinators

  • Serve as UYD’s point of contact for a specific district
  • Facilitate partnerships with local churches
  • Guide and support area-level teams and mentor networks

Mentoring & Life Skills Track

  • Oversee and mentor UYD activities within a specific zone or region
  • Support multiple churches in implementing the Reach 60 & Raise 3 Campaign
  • Build strong local mentor teams and training plans

Multi-Church Coordinators

  • Work across multiple churches (within a town or city)
  • Build bridges between youth leaders and UYD trainers
  • Promote unity and cross-church collaboration for discipleship impact

  • Current Church Youth Leaders – Active youth workers seeking a broader network, training tools, and discipleship vision
  • Veteran Youth Leaders – Experienced mentors with a rich history in church youth ministry and spiritual formation
  • Church Elders & Pastoral Leaders –Pastors and elders with a heart to see their church youth grow as disciple-makers
  • All Types of Youth Mentors – Christian professionals, teachers, counselors, entrepreneurs, creatives, and more—anyone with experience mentoring or serving youth in a meaningful way
