Let’s divide Chennai into 12 zones based on taluks or natural clusters:

North (Egmore, Vepery, Perambur, etc.)
Central (Kilpauk, Purasaiwalkam, Royapettah)
South (Adyar, Velachery, T. Nagar, Tambaram, Medavakkam, etc.)
West (Anna Nagar, Ambattur, Koyambedu, Porur)
Suburban (Poonamallee, Avadi, Red Hills, etc.)

Each zone can be considered as a “Mission Area Unit” for coordination.

Phase 4: Launch city-wide evangelism + discipleship campaigns (Reach60 + Raise3)

Additional Notes

The mentor pool can also include seasoned leaders from business, teaching, missions, or counseling backgrounds.

Prayer coordinators can mobilize inter-church prayer networks.

Backend operations can be centralized digitally (using WhatsApp, Google Forms, or a basic LMS).

For church liaisons, leverage existing youth leaders, pastors, or cell group leaders.
