To disciple and mobilize Christian youth within the Church to reach unreached youth outside the Church.

We believe the youth within our churches are the key to reaching the youth outside the Church.

Through intentional discipleship and mentorship, these young believers can become effective Gospel Carriers and Disciple Makers in their communities.

Who We Are

UYD (Until You Disciple) is a Spirit-led youth movement committed to igniting transformation among Christian youth in Tamil Nadu.

We function as a para-church body—not replacing the local church, but working alongside and under the guidance of local churches, their pastors, and youth leaders, across all denominations.

Formed by a collective of anointed, seasoned professionals from diverse backgrounds, UYD is a movement—not an individual-led initiative. Each member of our team has been actively involved in church youth ministries, having experienced firsthand the spiritual, personal, and professional challenges of youth, and overcoming them through Christ.

Together, we carry a shared burden: to raise a generation of transformed, Spirit-filled youth who will lead others to Christ.

Who Leads UYD?

UYD is not headed by any individual.

It is a Spirit-initiated, purpose-driven movement founded by a group of young professionals, church ministry veterans, and passionate disciplers.
United by a Christ-centered life, we carry a deep burden for the youth of Tamil Nadu and share a common vision to see the Church empowered to transform the next generation.

Our Model

We intentionally work only through local churches in Tamil Nadu—supporting their vision and respecting their pastoral leadership. Our role is to strengthen the spiritual formation of youth already within the church.

1-Year Transformation Journey
• Duration: 1 year
• Format: Weekly sessions (1–2 hours)
• Modes: Offline, Online, or Hybrid (as suited to the church)
• Location: Conducted within the church premises

Real-Life, Application-Based Training
Our training is not focused on information, but on transformation. Youth are trained to:
• Apply biblical truths in their personal, spiritual, and professional lives
• Face real-life challenges with a Christ-centered mindset
• Grow into leaders who impact their families, churches, and communities

The “Reach 60 & Raise 3” Campaign
We challenge each trained youth to:
• Reach 60 unreached peers with the Gospel
• Raise 3 disciples through intentional mentoring
This model emphasizes multiplication and sustained evangelism through relationship-based disciple-making.

UYD exists until every youth becomes a disciple—not just in name, but in lifestyle. We believe that the revival of a state begins with the renewal of its young people, and that through the local Church, Tamil Nadu can be transformed, one disciple at a time.
